*Text Block* Tongue and groove rectangular wood block. All the measurements are at the thickest, widest, and longest points. Block 1 in a 3 block (blue, green, and red) series. There are 2 cuts from this block: (1) Top right corner-- rectangular section removed measuring 12.8cm wide by 3.4cm long (2) Across the bottom, then diagonally down for 10.8cm to the bottom edge, approximately 4.2cm long. Front: Stained dark blue-- mostly recessed with text outlined in relief wood. Board has been recessed using a circular tool. Two lines of text : (1) "CANADIAN" on a slight curve 32.8cm wide by 10.5cm long (including relief outline). Ends 4.1cm down from the top edge (right) and begins 8.5cm down from the top cutout right corner. (2) Below the first--"Daredevils" begins in the bottom right corner and curves (following "CANADIAN") to the left edge 32.8cm wide by 7cm long, ending 4.9cm above the bottom cutout (left edge). Inside and surrounding (immediately) these letters are linear grooves. Sides: Plain wood with residual stain near the front edge and in the wood grain. Back: 5 cuts about 3cm each at the corners of the cutouts, ink stains in the wood grain and around the outer edges.
