Description
A silver plated curling tong heater. There are two wicks in the heater and the base of the heater would be filled with alcohol and then the wicks lit. The curling tongs would be placed over the lit wicks to heat then up. The curling iron heater was mad for travel. The top of the heater opens to expose the wicks and then can clamp down. There is a design on the top of the case and the bottom is plain. There is an asbestos pad on the inside of the cover to prevent the cover from getting hot.
