A cast iron gear with two wheels that is mounted on the wall with the wall bracket and two screws The one wheel has a handle to turn the gears and a handle off to the side of the gear to hold the screw cap in place. The cap fits over the larger circle and is held in place. When the wheels turn the cap is re-grooved to fit over the canning jar. Materials
