Army jacket, hip length, three metal rank pips on either shoulder, two brass shoulder titles read "Canada", two metal lapel pins bear the letters "CAC" surrounded by maple leaves and a crown, General Service brass buttons contain the text "Canada" as well as the phrase "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (shame upon him who thinks evil of it), five exterior pockets and one inner pocket, right arm bears patch with four red and one white chevron. Accompanying belt is 2003.64.1b. Worn by Jack E Smith, 1918-2001, TL 11311, WWII, Royal Canadian Dental Corps, Captain.
