Description

the envelop is torn open on the right side and has cut off half of the blue stamp. on the left side there is a dark blue typed address. there is a circular black stamp at the top in the center. and someone used a blue ink to type out the address in the very center of the envelop. the letter inside is typed on stationary with dark blue typing at the top. the letter is typed in lighter blue ink and is one sided.
