Description
Stamp reading, "J.G.D. M.P." Small stamp with black handle, round top flattened on front, and narrows toward base. text engraved on flat surface in capital lettering. Small rectangular base with plastic front and paper slip inserted. Red top of base. Base heavily stained by ink.
