Round badge (button/pin). Black background with white bordering on rim. "Life is a Mutual affair" printed in white lettering. "L" and "M" are capitalized, the rest is lower-case. A red heart is angled as the dot for the "i" in "Life". Pin clasped to metal on back. Orange sticker with an X on the back.

Believed to be a pin from the Mutual Life Assurance Company of Canada.
