Rubber stamp reading: "With the compliments of the Rt. Hon. J.G. Diefenbaker, M.P." Round, short, black handle, with flat front and capitalized white text inscribed. Handle narrows near base. Long base, red, with paper inserted into plastic on front. Paper has capitalized text describing stamp.
