Description
Commemorative medal celebrating Canada's 100th anniversary of confederation. Silver coloured metal medal with metal suspension and red and white vertically striped ribbon. Obverse of ribbon features image of maple leaf with the Queen's crown and Queen Elizabeth's initials inside. Reverse of medal features the Coat of Arms of Canada.
