Description

Dark green leather folder for writing pad and paper. Image of Parliament building and bell-tower on the front of the folder. Image of flur-de-lis within shield in middle, and ornate border with heralds of the English Lion, St. George's Cross, the Flur-de-Lis and one unknown herald.

Inside has ornate borders of vines, and green leather bookmark. Leather stitching is present around border of entire folder.
