Description

Postage stamp album from the Universal Postage Union held in Ottawa, Ontario 1957. Covers are dark green vinyl with gold lettering. Inside page are black vinyl with clear plastic coverings to protect contents and stamps held within the pages. 12 pages total including front and back covers. Stamps inside are from France and of various French colonies/countries before they became independent of France. Stamps are of various subjects and topics.
