Description
4 parts (a) - (d) 

(a) - Dark maroon vinyl tri-fold portfolio with the crest of Canada on the outside front cover. Inside is three clear plastic covered slip cases with grey cardstock inside of which delivery note and stamps are glued onto. Note typed on Minister of Canada Post stationary. mounted on the left-hand side of folder and attached to grey cardstock. Note is from Jean-Jaques Blais, the postmaster general and addressed to John G. Diefenbaker. Regarding the delivery and gift of the Queen Elizabeth II silver jubilee stamps. 58 Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Stamps. 50 in one large block in centre of folder and 8 in two smaller 4 block sets on right hand side of folder. 

(b) - Rectangular clear plastic slip case. 

(c) - Grey card stock folder with crest of Canada on the outside. QEII Silver Jubilee first day cover mounted inside and J.J. Blais' siignature in blue ink on the opposite side. Comes with note from John G. Diefenbaker with instructions to deliver by hand to J.J. Blais, the postmaster general. 

(d) - Small paper note with J.J. Blais' House of Commons address on it and instructions to deliver by hand. John G. Diefenbaker printed initials in bottom left corner of note. Back of note blank.
