Description

Oval button featuring photo of JGD. Capital block-letter white text.  "Prince Albert" curved along top, and "The Rt. Hon. John G. Diefenbaker" curved along lower half. JGD is photographed showing head and upper torso. He is wearing a grey suit jacket, white dress-shirt, and black and white patterned tie with angled stripes and dots. His lips are parted showing front teeth. Background of button fades from a darker black-brown colour at the top to a more grey-blue colour. Button has metal backing with pin and clasp in the middle, a small circular indentation in the middle, and a raised metal rim around the pin.
