Description
Wood and rubber stamp. Red-brown wooden handle. Handle has square-shaped top flattened on  the front with capitalized text inscribed. Handle narrows near base. Rectangular base with paper insert in plastic covering on the front. Text on paper matches the stamp text. Rubber stamp on bottom with text. Base is a light brown wood with ink stains.
