Description

Dark green leather folder duotang style folder for holding papers. Inside has two hole punch holes along middle spine. Front and back of folder have image of the Canadian coat of arms engraved in gold and the text "CANADA" underneath.

Inside folder is one 10 in x 8 in piece of paper folded in half width wise. Paper has letter head from the House of Commons for the Rt. Hon. John G. Diefenbaker. Paper has watermark.
