Description

Rectangle wood block measuring 48.7cm long and 32.3cm wide. Front: is a dark yellow, and has two relief sections. The first relief section at the top of the piece is bevelled and measures 19.8cm long and 28.1cm wide. Surrounding both rectangles are circular indentations, from when wood was carved away. Top rectangle has scuffs right side halfway down and a scuff on the left edge halfway down. Bottom rectangle has scuffs in the middle of the left and right side, and 3 scratches along the width of the bottom. Back: has "yellow" written in pencil across the middle; above that is written the word "top" with an arrow pointing up, also in pencil. Top right corner has masking tape with "DAG 339" in red permanent marker. In bottom left corner of the block the previous temporary number written directly onto wood in permanent marker. Edge: Right edge has sticker with previous temporary number onto the block at the bottom.
