Description
Rectangular relief carved wood printing block. Front: On the right it has a carved circle with the word "STOP" carved backwards into the middle of it. An arrow comes out of the top of the circle and continues on into the left side. In the middle of the arrowhead is carved the word "AT". The front of the block is prominentley a blue colour with the stop sign and arrow a brown burgundy colour. The letters in the arrowhead are bright yellow with bits of blue. The letters in the circle are spotted with red, yellow, blue, and orange. The arrow points towards the bottom of the block. The circle on the front of the block has a diameter of 13 cm. There are also paint splatters of blue on the stop sign and arrow. Back: The back of the printing block has splatters of paint. There is a piece of masking tape on the back with "DAG 351" written on it. The previous temporary accession number is written in permanent marker in the middle of the back of the block. There is a piece of paper stuck to the bottom side of the block.
