Description

Rectangular solid wood block. Front: The main feature of this board are the words "THE EMERALDS" which encompass almost the entire board. The letters are written backwards with the first "E" at the bottom right corner. This is the largest letter and as the letters move to the left and up at a slight diagonal, the letters gradually get smaller. Centered above the "ER" is the word "The", also slightly on a diagonal, and smaller size. The letters are stained black with orange paint visible at the outer edges of some of the letters. The remainder of the board is chiselled/carved down by a tool with a circular head. Back: The back of the board is solid plain wood. On the upper right edge is a stained black corner.
