Description
Front: Rectangular solid wood block, with a rectangular cutout in top left corner measuring 13.3cm by 3.4cm. Along the bottom is a right triangle raised and stained red. The left corner has been carved down 11.3cm wide at the bottom 6.0cm diagonally downward and right at the top and 12.4cm along the left edge. The right edge, which is a slight diagonal down and right measures 11.2cm long. Th raised section has several circular carvings and several semi-circle indents cut into it. In the center is a chiseled section on a slight diagonal from the top of the raised triangle measuring 24.1cm long (tall) by 33.1cm wide, and most of the stain has been chiseled off with a circular headed tool. Above this is a raised outline of the lower section of a clown's face, mostly situated in the upper right corner of the block. Back: The back is solid wood, not stained, with "No. 213" stamped twice in the left corner and "Red" handwritten in the center of the block. 3 marks have been cut into the block where the rectangular section was removed.
