Description

Rectangular wood block. Front: Block has one raised design almost in an "L" shape, The top of the "L" measures 35.1cm wide and begins 15.5cm from the top left corner. The left edge comes to a point towards the left center of the block 10cm from the edge and 48.3cm from the bottom edge. There is a slight inwards curve before this point. Then on a diagonal towards the bottom edge for 49.3cm long and 20.9cm from the left edge. From this point the bottom of the "L" angles up to the right ending 45.9cm long and 8.5cm up from the bottom right corner. Straight upwards for 50.0cm then on a very minor diagonal down the left for 21.5cm. The shape then curves out to the right and up to the top edge ending 15 cm from the top right corner. Surrounding this shape is a chiseled down section with several "x" marks. In the top right corner are 2 "5s" carved into the chiseled section. The top 5 is plain but the second 5 has a circle around it. Back: has residual stains in both red and blue and a stamp in the top right corner. The back is plain wood.
