Description
Rectangular wood block; front stained a dark brown (deep red) colour. It is mostly chiseled down, this block has one rectangular shaped raised design on an up and left diagonal, although the top and bottom edges are flush. The relief design's top edge is 39cm wide beginning 9.5cm from the top left corner. The bottom edge is 45.5cm wide and begins 19cm from the bottom left corner. The points are connected by diagonal lines. Chiseled area has linear grooves and "x" marks carved. Stain is concentrated on the raised wood and the recessed areas surrounding it. In the top right corner is a carving of an arrow pointing up and "TOP 7" with a "2" next to them with a circle around it. Edges have residual reddish-brown stain. Back of block is plain wood with residual stains of red and blue.
