Description

*Text Block* Rectangular tongue and groove wood block. Block three in a three block (blue, orange, yellow) series. Front: Stained yellow, mostly recessed except for a relief line of text on the bottom. Essentially the reverse of 2015.1.194b. Board has been recessed using a circular tool. Text line at bottom is 1.1cm from right edge, 0.9cm from left edge and 1.4cm from the bottom edge and covers an area 31.1cm wide by 6.2cm long. The text reads "HELL DRIVERS" and stain/ink is concentrated onto the relief letters and appears more green or brown in the surrounding area. Linear grooves immediately surround these letters. Sides: Plain wood with residual stain near the front edges and in the wood grains Back: "Yellow" is handwritten in the center in pencil. Residual ink stain in the wood grain.
