Description

Moveable typeface Rectangular wood block joined with tongue and groove joints. Part 8 in an 8 block 16.5-inch moveable typeface number series. Front: Stained a very dark red with the colour fading to an orange colour on the relief wood number "8". The recessed wood surrounding the relief 8 simply provides definition to the number. Sides: There is a label on the bottom side with the previous temporary number written on it. All sides stained dark red. Back: Stained a very dark red with the colour fading out towards the middle. Spot of black ink on the right side, as well as spots of a brighter red.
