Description

It is a rectangular wood block with a carved relief of the letter "E". The relief is stained with black/deep purple ink. The relief surface appears to be polished or buffed. The non-relief surface is stained with brown-red and black ink. On the back there are minor smudges of black and red ink. There are five holes drilled through the front to back (2 at the top and bottom and one in the middle) and the holes are evident on both sides.
