It is a rectangular block of wood with a hand carved relief of the letter "W" or "M". The relief appears to be varnished but has been sanded off in areas. The surface is dark blue. The back is marked with dark blue, black and red ink. Straight down the middle is a 1cm deep carved thin line across the block vertically (purpose unknown). Materials
