It is a rectangular block of wood with a machine carved relief of the letter "A". The relief is varnished and is light orange with areas of red/dark red. The carved won portion is black and red. The back is discoloured and marked with red, dark brown and black ink. Two 2.5x16.5 cm pieces on the top right and left sides of the "A" are missing (carved by machine) but the relief is not impacted. Materials
