It is a rectangular block of wood with a machine carved relief of the letter "N" backwards. The relief is varnished and is a mix of brown, auburn, yellow and black. The carved down portion is dark red. The back is varnished/ discoloured with marks of red and black. Has curved raised lines across surface. Materials
