It is a rectangular block of wood with a hand carved relief of the number "4". The surface is red and the relief surface appears to be buffed or varnished. The corners are minority worn. The back is dark light blue with patches of red/orange ink. It appears to have been part of another block as there are unreadable carved portion. Materials
