It is a rectangular block of wood with a hand carved relief of the number "3" (movable typeface). The surface is red with layer of dust and spots of black and bright blue ink. The carved down portion is rough. The back is dark blue with patches of orange/red. Appears to have been part of another block due to the partial reliefs. Four letters are not readable and the one readable letter is "H". Materials
