Description

It is a rectangular block of wood with a machine carved relief of the letter "E" (movable typeface). The relief appears to be varnished or stained and is a combination of dark brown, light brown and auburn. The carved down portion is dark red and black. The back appears to be also stained or varnished and is marked with black and red ink.
