It is a rectangular block of wood with a hand carved relief of the letter "R" backwards. The relief is Burgundy with spots of dark blue. The carved down portion is lightly marked with dark red and dark blue ink. The back is slightly discoloured with dirt/grime and is marked with dark blue and red ink. Materials
