Tracy Templeton

Tracy Templeton is a Canadian printmaker who fuses photography with physical and digital drawing techniques. Templeton’s prints often pull influence from rural prairie landscapes, household objects, and abandoned farmhouses. She received a B.F.A. at the University of Regina (1990-1995), and an M.F.A. at the University of Alberta (1995-1997). Numerous collections have acquired her works within Canada and internationally including the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (Tokyo, Japan); Victoria & Albert Museum (London, England); Istanbul Museum of Painting and Sculpture (Istanbul, Turkey); Vivian and Gordon Gilkey Center for Graphic Arts, Portland Art Museum (Portland OR, USA); and the Museum of Biella (Biella, Italy).
