Millicent Bardwell (b. 1927 Rosetown SK, d. 2012 North Battleford SK) was a Canadian watercolour painter who primarily depicted outdoor scenery. Bardwell attended the University of Saskatchewan where she received a B.A. (1948), a Teaching Certificate (1949), B.Ed. (1970), and a B.F.A (1977). Her works have been exhibited locally including at the Francis Morrison Library Gallery (1975, 1981), Mendel Art Gallery (1980, 1982), and Gallery One (1983).
