Cow - Made of paper mache. Gift of David Aldous and sister Joyce Badham nee Aldous. This cow was used in a store window in Weyburn as "Elsie the Cow" for Borden Milk. It was seen there by Joyce whose group of Sunday School girls were sponsoring a program of milk as a missionary undertaking. She thought if she could borrow the cow to use at the church tea the proceeds could be deposited in a milk bottle. The store agreed telling Joyce to keep it until the salesman called to pick it up. No one ever came. (1)
