A horse collar that was donated to the Riverhurst Centennial in 2016 by Jim and Violet (Vi) Torrie. The collar was raffled of and was won by Sylvia Matwe who used to live in Riverhurst and was the Mayor of the Village at one time. The Torries owned and ran the first dairy farm in Riverhurst. Apparently Jim Torrie purchased the collar in Calgary an then decided to donate the collar as a fundraiser for the 2016 Centennial.
