A twin alligator wrench. The front is labeled "Twin" with in a small frame. Then the back is labeled "W" within a diamond shape frame and " usa". There was something else written on the back but it has been so corroded and rusty that it has become close to impossibly to read. An alligator wrench is used to bend iron, steel pipes and rods. The name alligator wrench is because of the resemblance the tool has to the animal's mouth.
