Photographic Print, 1915 parade, centre street, 200 block, west side, fire brigade. Parade is led by a late model car with four men in it and is followed by the Fire Brigade horse drawn and other floats. Many “Union Jack” flags are evident. Stores visible along the street from right to left are: “Fowlie’s Drug Store, McNicol & Brown General Merchants, The Pioneer Hardware Fennell Bros., Real Estate Loans and Insurance”. Written in reverse in white in the bottom left corner of the photo is the number “97”, in the upper right corner in black pen is written “79”, left of that is the date “1915” and left of that in grease pencil is written “54”. Written on the back left top corner in black pen “Parade 1915, Fire Brigade”, written in pencil in the top right 1/4 position “1915” and in the lower right mid section “79”. The number “8” is stamped in the lower right corner. Identical to 1988.16.271
