Description
Corrugated and textured glass pane with light wood frame and heading; heading panel marked 'The Jasper Mountain Brand. Manufactured by the Western Broom and Wooden Ware Ltd., Vancouver, B.C.'. The Jasper Moutain Brand was the top of the line of the washboards produced by Western Broom and Wooden Ware Ltd. the wood sides are dovetailed into place-there are no nails. There is a ledge on the corrugated side of the glass below the logo. There is a top ledge on the washboard and 2 legs to support the washboard while being used. There is a scond ledge that is 12 1/4 inches from the top and this ledge his curved on each side to attach to the legs. Ther are two cut out sections on this ledge to allow the water to drip from the soap .
