Book on Home Remedies for Man and Beast. In pencil at the top of the first page is " R. Bell, . The book was Belcarres 1907. The book was published by J. L. Nichols in 1891 and written by E, B. Davis and Professor B. G. Jefferies. There are hand-written  recipes for caough medicine, kidney medicind (from Dr, Kiteley), Mustard Plaster for an adult, Cure for Rheunitism, etc.
​The book has been weel used and the cover is hard to read. The front cove has been taped onto the back cover and the cover for the spine is missing. The front cover is detached from the spine  and the pages of the book are earmarked. There are 521 pages in the book plus the index.
