Description
Baby carriage made of wicker. Has been repainted to the current white (one previous colour was pink). The inside of the carriage has been replaced with pink plastic and the wood on the bottom of the carriage has been replaced. The wheels and handle are still in good condition. The handle is made from wood. The baby carriage was reproduced as doll carriages for children. 
​This carriage was found in an empty house by Harold Jackson who owned the house. The carriage was amongst rubbish and was in a badly mouse eaten condition . The carriage is believed to have been purchased in 1933 second hand from people in Nut Mountain Sask (Mr and Mrs. Howard Ralph). The carriage was brought to Riverhurst in 1935 by Mrs. Egan for her daughter, Fern Lisell.
