A liberty Fire Extinguisher manufactured by Liberty Fire Extinguisher Co. of Canada Limited Wawanesa Manitoba for the Saskatchewan Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. The dry chemicals are in a red and navy blue tube. The top of the tube has a metal ring attached to a metal top. The ring would be used for hanging the fire extinguisher. The bottom of the fire extinguisher has a metal cap. The fire extinguisher label indicates price of $4.00 and had directions along with a warning to keep dry and that the chemicals are harmless to person and fabrics. To open the extinguisher it is stricken forcibly and says never sprinkle. A section reads that "the original dry chemical guaranteed to retain its full strength until used and never to cake of deteriorate with age. Non Freezing and non poison. Established 1898.
