A brown and black, wood, handmade, checker board. It is believed to be made by J. Benson . It would be played in the barber shop and many people carved their names into the sides. The names include: E.E. Fellows, Roy Hart, J. Kerr, J. Benson, H.T. Bryce, H.H Fellows G. Bischop, D.G. Mckay, W. Bryce, G. Lehman, F. Siddle, A.W. Scott, J.R. Miller, G. Lumley, R. Harden, A.R.
