Description
A US Signal Corps long gun sight from WWI. The serial number on the sight is 15714 and the order number is 20531  and the date is June 28, 1918. On the left side of the scope is engraved EYE-END. The left end of the scope turns so focus the scope. The scope is in the original box but the details on the outside of the box have been painted over in blue. There is no lid for the box. The scope could have been used for the signal corps or aircraft. Mr. Rudd purchased the scope for his rifle and changed his mind when he saw the scope and donated it to the Museum.
