A brown and black vest worn with a morning suit. Morning suits are a three piece outfit wore late 1800's early 1900's by younger men. it had a vest, jacket stripped pants and a tie or bow. This was worn by Mr. Frank Rudd father of N.C. Rudd. Has two waist pockets, one breast pocket and a belt on the back waist.
