Description

A 1913 edition of the High School English Composition school book. It is dark army green with brown lettering on the front. the front cover says, " Western Canada Series; High School English Composition, Authorized for use in the schools of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Colombia, Toronto the Copp Clark company, Limited. The book was " intended as a text-book for use in the Lower Schools of the High and Continuation Schools. But, although the treatment is elementary, it covers the whole course in Composition, and may, therefore, be used as a basis of review in the Middle School also."- High School English Composition, 1913, Preface.
