Description
A 1910 Wagner ware waffle iron. It is comprised of three parts.There is the holder which is placed on top of the stove. It is shaped like a hoop with a frying pan type of handle while there are grooves and sections to place the two other parts. The next two parts are the top and bottom of the actual waffle iron itself. In the 19th and 20th century Wagner ware was one of the two leading cook ware companies. It was known for it's good quality without bubbles or flaws in the casting. This waffle pan was Patented Feb, 22, 1910. It also mentions Sydney of the iron and repeats the number 8 in numerous places. It is mainly cast iron but the iron handles are made with some type of silver and wood.
