A French ivory nail buffer. Used in the 1920's This tool is used to smoothen out the nails and give them a shiny healthy look. To use it, all you do is turn over the cover and make gentle strokes back and forth on the nail. It is a small pad in a plastic cover and holder. When opening it; turn over the plastic from the top the buff away.
