Description

A French ivory cosmetic container. it is round and made of French ivory. Since makeup started to be used more often in the 1920's companies began creating cosmetic containers they came in numerous shapes and sizes. This container is from a 9 piece dresser set. Within the set there are two cosmetic containers, one being having the flip style lid while the other just lifts off. The container is equipt with a mirror on the inside. It is still hard to determine if this held a blush, compact powder, or even a lip gloss.
