Description
A postcard with a black and white image of the early Shaunavon Frontier Days/rodeo, about 1914-1916. Features cowboys and horses standing in front of bleachers/stands filled with people watching. The postcard belonged to Archie Minish, who worked at the Shaunavon Hardware Store, in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, during the town’s early pioneer days, around the time of the Shaunavon Frontier Days. Possible cowboys are: Ira Triplett, 'Slippers' Prestige, Case Prescott, Walter Larson or 'Buck' Murphy
