Campbell, Bernuy and Albett (Government inspector of something or other”. Also written on the back “1-9-19 and the name McKee”.

Thomas Joseph Edgar Campbell was postmaster, starting in 1913. He also sold insurance, real estate and handled loans. He is likely the man on the left
